- CityU PhD Minimum English Requirement: TOEFL>=79, IELTS >=6.5, or CET-6 >=490
- Master/Bachelor in computer science, communication engineering, information technology, electronic engineering or any other related subjects. Average GPA Score must >=85 (total 100) or 3.5 (total 4.0)
- If the applicant only has a Bachelor's degree, the Bachelor's degree must be obtained from a recognised university that is at least Project 211 or Top 100 Worldwide (any QS, THE, ARWU, US NEWS ranking).
- If the applicant has both a Bachelor's and Master's degree, either the Bachelor's degree or the Master's degree must be obtained from a recognised university that is at least Project 211 or Top 100 Worldwide (any QS, THE, ARWU, US NEWS ranking).
- Solid foundation, good programming ability, enthusiasm for research, and hard working. Project/research experience is a plus.
